Not exactly the correct observation...

Num_Lock gets activated *the first time* I use Caps_Lock (to switch to FR
keyboard).

When I disable Num_Lock, I can switch back and forward between GB and FR
keyboard without having Num_Lock reactivating itself.

Weird...
