I was not aware of this branch but after using it I still get
the same behaviour: all three mouse buttons just move the window.

(I never used git before. What I did is:
  git clone  -b float https://github.com/dangerousben/stumpwm.git )

I set *debug-level* to 10, but I cannot interpret resulting events
(to me they look the same for all three mouse button clicks). I am attaching
this below. 

Note that using xev application I get correct events
("button 1", "button 2" and "button 3").
