Good catch Bill.  Yep, that's what I'm working on now.

I notice that super-clean doesn't support separate build directory either.

The problem is lines like:

Array.h:26
#import <Swarm/Collection.h>

Unless the build is in the source tree this will fail because there is no 'Swarm' symlink in the source tree.
