[Swarm-Modelling] SwarmFest2003: Hotel registration deadline

From: Gregory R Madey
Subject: [Swarm-Modelling] SwarmFest2003: Hotel registration deadline
Date: Fri, 7 Mar 2003 03:18:00 -0500 (EST)

Reminder: the reserved block of hotel rooms in the SwarmFest2003
conference hotel will be released on Monday, March 10. The hotel tells us
that there is a waiting list for those rooms, so they will probably not be
available after the 10th. This is the only hotel within easy walking
distance of the conference center. Register soon!
See you at SwarmFest2003!

7th Annual Swarm Researchers and Users Meeting (SwarmFest2003), Notre
Dame, IN, USA April 13-15, 2003

We've received a large number of high quality presentation and poster
submissions. Papers on Swarm development, modeling, performance,
applications, and research are included. The accepted presentation and
poster abstracts can be found at:

http://www.nd.edu/~swarm03/Program/Abstracts/abstracts.html

We have room for several more poster submissions. A few more will be
accepted until we reach the capacity of the poster session.

A preconference Swarm tutorial will be held on Sunday, April 13, 2003.

At SwarmFest 2003, researchers, scientists, modelers, and programmers
working in a wide variety of domains will get the opportunity to share
their research, knowledge and experience with multi-agent modeling
including (but not restricted to) the Swarm simulation system. Researchers
using other Agent-based Modeling tools such as RePast, StarLogo, Echo,
NetLogo, IMT, AgentSheets, Ascape are invited to participate. The meeting
is a cross section of the community, historically including content
suitable for both inexperienced and experienced users and researchers.

See you at the 7th Annual SwarmFest!
