[Texi2html-bug] Relicensing for Texi2HTML.pm

Hello Richard,

I know your time is valuable, but it's my understanding that you vetoed
the unanimous decision of the recent contributors to Texi2HTML to
relicense it under Perl's Artistic license before modularizing it and
releasing it to CPAN.

Is there anything I can say or do to change your mind?  Perhaps getting
the approval of the remaining contributors who have signed copyright
assignments for Texi2HTML?
