Well, to dual-license the module (but not the script) under Artistic as
well as the GPL.  Artistic by itself was never proposed (of course).

Incidentally, I also wonder about the GPL version.  For GNU, we'll want
to release it under GPLv3+.  But I think the "standard" on CPAN is still
GPLv2+.  I did not raise this with rms.

I think I won't cc him on this, since he'll probably reply to your
message before he could even see this one.
