[Texi2html-bug] 1.80 release

Hey all,

I just released 1.80, but the NEWS item on the Savannnah project page
isn't being CC'd to the mailing lists as quickly as it should be.  I
know Savannah's CC mechanism works from my experience on other projects,
so I'm going to assume it's only temporarily stuck in the pipe and wait
until tomorrow before I resend a proper email announcement.
