[Texi2html-bug] Missing files in recent commits

The files `at_commands_in_refs_latin1.texi' &
`at_commands_in_refs_utf8.texi', specified in EXTRA_DIST in
`test/encodings/Makefile.am and `formatting_for_makeinfo.texi' specified
in EXTRA_DIST in `test/formatting/Makefile.am' are missing in my
checkout.  I removed the entries from EXTRA_DIST to make things build
here, but if you have the files, they may need to be added and my
changes to the Makefile.ams reversed.
