I'd prefer calling the command another name than the language name, so
maybe texi2all? Or texi2out? In any case, it is better to call it
texi????, than something based on makeinfo since using the out format
to name a command than can do many seems less appealing (though we should
keep a wrapper or a link called makeinfo, of course).
