In order to have a script containing the output formatting for all the
formats. Init files would still work fine, but another format could
also be selected within the main script.

In fact the source files would be distinct, but we would ship a
monstruous script with all the formats within. (We could also ship
another that would use init files and be otherwise exactly the
same than the big one. In fact, it is already the organization of 
the code, since texi2html.init can be called from texi2html.pl
like an init file or pasted into texi2html).
