Yes, it's very important the optimization passes disrupt the
least possible the internals of tcc, we all agree on that. That's
why a new independent target would be a very good idea, and even
more if it generates "kind of optimized" C code which will be
fed again to tcc. Since I have 0 experience on that matter, I
have no idea if this is feasible with minimum impact on tcc
internals.
