Do you look at the patch? All changes were protected by #ifdef
TCC_CONFIG_EXSYMTAB
There was nothing affected w/o ./configure --enable-exsymtab

You are the master of the patch. But I expected something from you in
august/september 2015 (you say something like above in may 2015)

PS: all new optimizations will break the patch again and again. How
long I must perform
adoptation by myself?
