Currently, the clips have the same name as their source.

Clips / audiosources that are greyed out aren't in use at the moment. When you
remove a clip, it still can be retrieved from the resources manager, giving
you the ability to re-use the clip at a later point, or other song.

Audiosources that are greyed out don't have any audioclips.

Obviously, an option will be added to clear unused clips and audiosources.

Now we're at that, the naming of clips isn't that trival. Before the 'copy of'
was added when a clip was splitted/copied.
But after a few splits or copies, the name gets horribly long!
What do you suggest ?

Also, for newly recorded audioclips, what naming should be used ?

The issues you mention I'm aware of, any help for a sensible solution is
highly appreciated!
