Details:

First checked that the seleted square is a castle tile.

then sought a path between leader and the castle tile.

if a path exist 
  it is allowed to show recruit and recall submenus.

We can be further check, before the path finding, that whether the leader is
on a keep or not, 

if so that can give us a speed, but can cause to 
not to display the text that help beginners to understand the difference
between keep and castle.
