[GNU-traductores] Disservice

Es un término que aparece en algunos artículos, por ejemplo en
proprietary-surveillance. RMS dice que "deservicio" ("Culpa que se
comete contra alguien a quien hay obligación de servir) no le parece
bien como traducción porque (cito palabras suyas):

¿En qué consiste esta culpa?  ¿Significa el incumplimiento de la
obligación?

El significado que quiero expresar es más grave que el mero
incumplimiento.  Es hacer mal, en vez del servicio oferto.

In English, "He did me a service" means "His actions made things
better for me."  He did me a disservice" means "His actions made
things worse for me."  "Service" is also used to refer to a business
that does things for you, but "disservice" is not customarily used
that way.  Thus, when I call businesses that do nasty things to you
"disservices", it is a small linguistic innovation that I expect
everyone will understand immediately.  It makes the desired point with
a little humor.

The question is, can we find a way to make that point in Spanish
with a little humor?

When I call Facebook and Google "disservices", it is a
funny way of saying that Facebook and Google make you worse off.

Se me ocurre "contraservicio". "Contra", en su significado de contrario,
oposición. ¿Les parece que podría funcionar? .
