I think that it would be a good idea to consider including lv2 as a

Indeed, LV2 is a good item for 2.x inclusion.

Everyone, feel free to add to this.  At some point we'll need to make
some decisions about priority and focus of tasks and some ideas may not
get addressed during the 2.x development cycle.

This one has to be discussed, but it's a bit too soon for this, I guess. I think the current LADSPA implementation was a good idea back then in 2002, but now, plugging FS to the Jack tools could be a much better option.
