Yikes, I ran your table test and observed the problem.

Table headers were broken for a long time but I thought
I fixed them completely in the last release.  This is
something of a blow, especially since I tried a couple
of workarounds (e.g. occasional @EndHeaderRow followed
by a fresh header) but was unable to get a clean table.

I will add fixing this to my list of things to do for
the next release.  Meanwhile you are just going to
have to work around it any way you can.
