Oui, c'est facile, comme ,ca:

To send mail to anyone, at any time, use the g)o command and enter a 
mailto: URL, i.e. mailto:address@hidden .  If you have informed
Lynx of your preferred editor, you will have the option of editing portions
of the current page (at the time you give the g)o command) into the message.
