        If the quality is less then 1.000, then Lynx appends it
to the Accept list's MIME type via a ";q=%4.3f" but as Klaus
pointed out, I wrote that code so that the quality should never be
set less than 0.001, so it wouldn't get clipped to 0.000.  If that's
happening, suspect an bad hack of the distributed code, 'cuz' it's
hard to believe that SGI is mishandling the formatting statement
(though, it could have a bug, I guess...).  Also, who would ever
set the quality to less than 0.001 in his/her mailcap file?!?!?
