You may be missing something.  That is a clever trick.  On the
other hand, I think at least some of the people who have asked
about this feature are writing small applications as scripts and
they will have new data that goes with some same-old remote form
and they don't want to pass through the interactive step where
you fill in the fields in the form with the fiddled action.

Hey, you have writ enough!  Your credit is good from writing all
that C that makes Lynx live on Intel iron.  Some of the rest of
us can worry about the Help pages.
