Actually,  I completely agree with this.  I was just responding to the
suggestion to create lynx related newsgroup.  

This is also another reason I don't like the idea of newsgroup that
much.  With several mailing lists,  I can always merge them locally into
one mailbox.  With newsgroup,  I would have to read lynx-v separately
and the newsgroup sparately,  unless I start using gnus.
