The "i" (index) key in Lynx tkes one to the DEFAULT_INDEX_FILE, which is
normally http://www.ncsa.uiuc.edu/SDG/Software/Mosaic/MetaIndex.html. I
usually change this to http://altavista.digital.com/, so perhaps another
"tailor" would be LYNX_INDEX.

I would think LYNX_FAQ_AL and LYNX_SUBIR could be normalized to
LYNX_AL and LYNX_SUBIR :-)
