Just hitting the `=' key to get the info page will lock up the
keyboard except for ctrl codes when the environment variable is
set to LANG=japanese AND the user is in a captive account.  The
keyboard does not lock up if either the user is a regular shell-
account user (even using ja) or the captive account has LANG set
to english.  On Solaris2.6, with slang1.0.3.  Now testing dev.3.

Another problem that has come up is that some of the HTML is not
being rendered.  Below is part of the info page as I see it.
Japanese probably won't make it through the mail, but the problem
is the visible " ".
