I'm going to be nearly completely out of the loop for an indefinite
amount of time beginning 14 Mar at latest, hopefully I should at least
have net.access by April, but I don't know what kind of time I'll have.

Something to keep in mind, at least.

Regarding the cookie issues, here's what I know remains:
    * I have a couple patches against dev.17, I think you have all of
them (memory leaks, something that LV found and I patched but
      I've completely forgotten)
    * We need documentation of the new options in lynx_help and maybe
other places. I have sparse documentation in .lynxrc, if someone
can come up with better wordings I'd appreciate it,
    * The thing Klaus just brought up about not storing NULL valued
cookies, I'm not sure if we want it or not,
    * (maybe unimportant) Cookie Jar Page handling of the new sets
for cookie validity checking (maybe options page too? Maybe not.)

Is there anything I'm missing? This may not be too much work, but my
available coding time is dwindling miserably.
