We still need to keep the LYKeymap.c and LYKeymap.h entries "lined up"
manually though.  Less of a PITA now with the use of enum's, but still
a bit error-prone.

There is a similar pair of command tables in "mutt", but the process
of keeping them lined up has been automated by gen'ing the entry pairs
from a single text file at make time.

One of these days, I think I'll see about adapting mutt's methodology
to do something similar for lynx.
