Maybe, but wouldn't I (or the application) need to have some way of
configuring that (pointing at the named pipe or whatever)?
Anyway, I'm not sure it's worth it. Most systems can provide
/dev/random and /dev/urandom, and (old release of) HP-UX is no
exception. We just need to install KRNG11i.
