I don't know the details, but the rev: 247bd4f73f994e0c... worried
me a little, since I did a lot of file: wrangling recently.
Stephen said it's broken, and the answer is somewhere in the
win32_pipes branch. Well, I guess I must transfer myself to a
proper OS some time in the future. :D
