The error there is
mtn: misuse: branch 'ca.wethonda.atlas.etc' has only 1 head; must be at
least 2 for conflicts
I think I've noted this before - the bot seems to have a shared database
with other things in them and should be fixed. Jack Cummings are you
still around?

Apparently the BSD version of patch does not drop files - can we make a
guard for that in the test?

Both tests fail with "restriction includes unknown path" on foo2 / foo1.
This is still an open issue.
