Here is the thing, if I run it as a content filter in Postfix *without*
the milter, it works flawlessly. All the dnsbl tests fire, I get a spam
report in the headers of the message etc. So I'm sure everything that
needs to be there with Spamassassin is there, or it would not work when
it was implemented without the milter.

I suspect it's the spamc options the milter is using - but I can't find
reference to these.
