The reason why I put it there was to remove the clutter in the article view. I
think when Joe User sees an error icon, he will be curious as to why it has
that icon (or for old timers, why the feed has errors), so the first thing he
or she will do is to look at the status bar as to what the status of the feed
is. That's the first thing he will look at. So I guess it doesn't matter
whether the error disappears due to a hover, etc.. as Joe might've already
seen the error status. I think, there's no need to stick it up in a frame,
it's just annoying the user (remember that we also put exceptions there :)
