I have found the DisableWarmPoll in winxp parport.sys

!!! The parport.sys is in Unicode !!!

I have used the Cool Find http://www.coolfilesearch.com

I'm not sure if this works on Win2K so I did a search of the
/WinNT/System32/Drivers directory for "DisableWarmPoll" and it didn't yield
a match.

However I loaded this file and rebooted and I have just programmed my Mega8
32 times in a row with no errors. I also now have the extended delays in the
config file so I'm not sure what has made the difference. :(

Could you search for it on your XP machine as see if it is found in the
parport.sys" driver file.
