[Bug-gnubg] Recent changes

I've checked in the following cosmetic changes:

        1. Moved cube from the middle to the side.
        2. Swapped bar pieces from outer to inner board side.
        3. Changed the 2d move indicator to the same position as the 3d one.
        4. Improved open file dialog, to make the file type clearer.
        5. Moved the open command file action into the open file dialog.
        6. Moved "generate html images" to export options dialog.
        7. Merged export + save buttons (removed export button/menu item).

Lets see what feedback this produces before changing things immediately (already 
some from Christian!).


Not content to stop there I've a slightly more debatable changes:
        1. Rename "file" menu to "game"
        2. Rename the "game" menu to "move"
        3. Move the "match info" item to the file/game menu

I'm not sure about 1; 2 makes more sense to me (these are move actions not game 
actions?) and 3 just seems logical.
