The problem is that a lot if not all commands should be investigated in
this case. Assuming that the basic POSIX defined utilities are present
is a minimal request (and you must assume something is present if you
don't want to face the "bootstrapping" problem). Only non POSIX
utilities or non POSIX options should be tested. Nothing is perfect ;)
