FDL: wrong link in CVS?

Coming from the gnulib discussion at:

There is a difference for the URL in the 'FUTURE REVISIONS OF THIS LICENSE'
section of the FDL licensig text in CVS ...

... and all the other different formats available (web page, plain text,

While the version in CVS has the link to the 'copyleft' page,
all the others point to 'licenses':

Please clarify.

FWIW also older versions have the same link:
