So the question is:
which of the 2 texts of the FDL license is the correct one?
The one from 'licenses' or the one from 'standards'?
Who can clarify?
Both versions are correct, the one in standards was just (slightly)
older than what is in licenses.
In fdl.texi RCS version 1.7, the change was made from http to https,
but also changed the URL from http://www.gnu.org/copyleft/ to
https://www.gnu.org/licenses/.
