okay, we  will talk  to Prof  first. If there  are any  formalities in
meeting up with  him, please explain it  to us so that we  can try and
follow  the  rules. If  his  phone number  is  available  it would  be
good. We will first fix up  an appointment with him. Who can come? and
when should we meet?
