I think that DotGNU should officially endorse these three
protocols as its standard webservices+middleware protocols:
XMLRPC, SOAP, jabber:middleware
If there are any concerns or objections, please post them to

Thursday April 18.
Decision-making procedure
=========================
If no serious objections are made by then, it will be a decision
by consensus.
If serious objections (that make sense to me) are made, I will
post a modified proposal.
If this consensus-oriented decision-making process fails, a
decision will have to be made by the DotGNU Steering Committee
and/or RMS.
Greetings, Norbert.
