[DotGNU]java assembler, alpha version

Hi all,

I've submitted a patch on savannah for a beginning of a java assembler
for pnet.
It is far from complete now, and because the linker is not java-aware yet,
cscc won't work out of the box, you'll have to use ilasm directly.
