Here is the license... it does not cause me to have a lot of sympaties
for the author (he seems to be primarily concerned about promoting his
business website) and point 2 will make it inconvenient to use
parts of the code for entirely different purposes, but at least the
program is Free Software.

Reading this license again, I'd rather not see it on ftp.gnu.org - in
analogy to the GNU policy against linking to websites that are primarily
sales-oriented.
