Well so I think the "Capitalization" should remain in DG-Base ... I intend
to follow dotgnu.xml for the libxml2 wrappers ...

We were talking about "DotGNU vs dotgnu" for dotgnu-libs in general ... 
not DG-Base .. (in particular)
