Hmm. Quota on the destination backup location? How would that help restores?
What behavior do you want to see? That is, I see no reason why duplicity
cannot keep track of the total size of duplicity files at a particular target
location (subject to issues with interrupted backups), but what is to be done
with that information other than preventing further accidental backups?
