This discussion is not bout the Termux version of Emacs (which just
uses a TTY-only version of Emacs, and doesn't require any special
support on our side, it's all "plain old POSIX"), but about the
version of Emacs that runs in full GUI mode on Android (and thus has to
deal with Android's GUI).
