[Gnash] gnash only creates blank standalone window.....

Hello,

I'm new to gnash.  Trying to get it working in any fashion.  Ultimately 
as a firefox plugin would be nice... but one step at a time.

I have installed gnash via FreeBSD ports.

when running it with a test file

Am I doing something wrong?  Its just some test file I pulled off the 
web.  I have tried various other files off the web as well.  All produce 
similar problem.
