Are you referring to an executable than includes a movie as a single
file ? This wouldn't be that hard, but why bother ?

Gnash doesn't yet support fullscreen mode, so for now you're stuck
using -j and -k to set the window size. I'd just set them to the
resolution of the screen for a screen saver. Form what I remember
Xscreensaver just invokes other executables, as each saver is a
standalone program. This supports command line options, so it should be
easy to add gnash and the moive name to do this.

I believe this has very recently been fixed.
