The point is that I just want to use the gtp interface of gnugo, As it is really designed for be linked like that with other programs like GUI or go servers for me it's fair use of the possibilities of gnugo.It sounds correct, to my understanding. The exact meaning of "linking" code is somewhat fuzzy though, so I can only again refer to http://www.gnu.org/licenses/gpl-faq.html. If you really depend on the answer you should consult a lawyer.
As here are the developpers of gnugo, if there is a consensus that my use of gnugo is fair with the freedom you gived to your code, I really don't think that I need a lawyer.
So is there anyone here who don't want that I reuse the intelligence of gnugo for my own purposes?
