It might be an idea to check a translation of Thomas Mann "Der
Zauberberg" as to how "Luftkurort" and "Hochgebirgskur" etc.
are translated (for those not in the know: This is a novel
about how a young man deals with tuberculosis and his
subsequent life; in short, he becomes morbidly addicted to
staying at the health resort).
