[Ian Haywood]

gmDemographics (a.k.a. "the forgotten module") is working again. It will search 
by name and age, so

"Haywood 1977" : all the Haywoods born in 1977

"Haywood <30" : all Haywoods under the age of 30

The comma is respected
"Haywood, Ian"  and "Ian Haywood" are interchangable.

The query-forming code is in python-common/gmPatientNameQuery.py, so it can be 
easily modified.

It will also emit the all-important "patient_selected" event. 

Unfortunately, Richard's interface does not correspond exactly with the database
structure, so one or the other needs to be changed slightly.
