Will do that as time permits.
BTW: There's a quirk in the csv->sql code for the AU
postcodes: apparently there's one csv-entry that only differs in
some field that we don't use hence a duplicate entry appears
in the sql-script which in turn bombs upon import due to the
unique() constraints on the state table. I think I made a note
in the relevant files for someone to go about fixing. The
quick solution, of course, is to pipe the sql-file through
uniq (1).
