Because you never gave me root access when I asked for it. Not
that that's needed for bootstrapping but at the time there was
the need for installing various things such as pyPgSQL IIRC.

I would be more than happy to offload my DSL-connected 133 MHz
40 MB RAM server :^)

I'll look into the matter. Until then the database IS
AVAILABLE.
