Hi all. sorry for the lag in updating the docs.
A few things. ive noticed that all the docs are being
written in html.  Might I suggest using sgml or xml,
that way, it can be written once, and processed into
html or pdf and so on.

anyway, will have time soon and have a decent data
link again
